Cooking up a Storm

I’ve been seduced by the flame. I heard Al Brown say “the only way to do justice to a good steak is to cook it on a wood fired BBQ”. The man is right!

It’s like when I use the rotisserie, smoker or pizza hood, the wood fired flavours sneak in and enhance the culinary experience. I’m a believer!
